Job summary

BIC World is seeking a National Account Manager for Amazon – US Stationery to drive profitable growth and own the strategic relationship with Amazon within the US Stationery category.

You will develop and execute business plans, optimize assortment, forecast demand, and lead product launches on Amazon. This role partners with Ecommerce, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to maximize performance and shopper experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6–8 years in national accounts or ecommerce partnerships.
• Proven Amazon Vendor Central experience and retail analytics skills.
• Track record of revenue growth, forecasting, and business planning.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute BIC's US Amazon Stationery strategy, delivering revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop annual business plans with Amazon, including targets, promotions, and assortment.
• Build strategic relationships with Amazon Vendor Management to drive category growth.
• Manage financial performance: forecasting, trade spends, and profitability.
• Analyze category trends and shopper insights to identify opportunities.
• Lead product launches on Amazon with aligned content, pricing, and inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital shelf and operations.
• Negotiate vendor agreements and monitor program performance with Amazon.
• Monitor marketplace changes, identify risks, and accelerate growth opportunities.
