Job summary

Qualifications

• Studying in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Eligible and available for a full‑time (40 hours/week) co‑op during the 6‑month duration.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Supply Chain and Systems and Tools processes; identify targets for improvement in transactional and operations efficiencies.
• Support the execution of supply‑chain cost/lead‑time, safety stock, procurement, planning, warehousing/logistics, and/or new product introduction programs across multiple Amazon units.
• Lead projects to automate cross‑functional processes between Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Deployment, and Engineering.
• Develop processes and mechanisms to expand capacity and programs in the Robotics Operations Center of Excellence.
• Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms for supply‑chain performance; support introduction of new software, tools, and dashboards.
• Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion.

• Develop efficient and accurate metrics and mechanisms for measuring and reporting supply‑chain performance; support the introduction of new software, tools, and dashboards.
• Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion.

Basic Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Currently working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Enrolled in a program physically located in the United States and must have at least one semester left after the end of the co‑op.
• Studying in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Eligible and available for a full‑time (40 hours/week) co‑op during the 6‑month duration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with programming such as SQL and Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of metrics, process capabilities, and LEAN techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
