Job Description

AWS is known for its customer obsession. Our Professional Services teams help customers succeed using AWS technologies, including leveraging Gen AI capabilities. Amazon Q-CST members utilize their deep knowledge of AWS data services and analytics to collaborate with sales and partners, proposing, architecting, and implementing transformational solutions that enable customer success with AWS Gen AI services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions with Amazon Q and AWS AI/ML services
  • Optimizing AI application performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
  • Sharing knowledge and developing reusable frameworks for AI deployment
  • Guiding teams on integrating AI solutions, considering user experience and accessibility
  • Ensuring security compliance and best practices in AI deployment

A typical day involves: Connecting with global team members, reviewing AI architectures, participating in design sessions, collaborating on AI interface improvements, mentoring colleagues, and engaging with customers to understand their needs and present solutions.

About the team: We are a diverse group of technologists passionate about making AI accessible and ethical, pushing the boundaries of generative AI technologies.

Qualifications:

Basic:
  • 3+ years in cloud architecture/design and solution implementation
  • 3+ years in consulting or professional services
  • 3+ years experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis)
  • 3+ years software development experience with object-oriented languages
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years professional/military experience
Preferred:
  • Experience leading AI/ML workloads architecture and implementation
  • Proven record of delivering scalable enterprise Gen AI solutions
  • Experience in international consulting or professional services sales/delivery
  • Strong CI/CD implementation experience
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR)
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience selling consulting or professional services
