Members of the Amazon Q-CST utilize their expertise in AWS data services and analytics to propose, architect, and implement transformational solutions, making customer success a reality with AWS Gen AI services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions using Amazon Q and AWS AI/ML services
• Optimize AI application performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
• Develop reusable frameworks for AI deployment and share knowledge across teams
• Guide teams in integrating AI solutions, focusing on user experience and accessibility
• Ensure security compliance and best practices in AI implementation

Connect with team members across time zones, review AI architectures, collaborate on design sessions, mentor colleagues, and engage with customers to understand their needs and present AI solutions.

Qualifications

Basic:

• 3+ years in cloud architecture/design and implementation
• 3+ years in consulting or professional services
• 3+ years in database experience (SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis)
• 3+ years in software development with object-oriented languages
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional/military experience

Preferred:

• Experience leading AI/ML workloads and enterprise-scale Gen AI projects
• International consulting or professional services experience
• Experience with CI/CD in enterprise environments
• Knowledge of security standards (HIPAA, GDPR)
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience selling consulting/professional services
