Job summary

OOFOS in Massachusetts is seeking an Amazon Operations Specialist to support our Amazon Business within a growing footwear brand. You will manage the end-to-end order book, coordinate new product launches, and optimize performance metrics with internal and external teams.

Reporting to the Manager, Amazon Development, you will build forecasting reports, manage inventory, and assist with content updates for seasonal events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales operation, business operations or related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
  • Experience with reporting tools, ERP, CRM, or B2B platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Amazon partner on weekly replenishments and forecast pacing.
  • Refine order book reporting and communicate updates to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Build and own Amazon Forecast Consumption reporting with supply chain partners.
  • Support new product operations including item set up and monthly forecasts.
  • Maintain accuracy between forecasted quantities and actual order book (shipped, open, reserved).
  • Create and optimize inventory reporting with daily/weekly snapshots.
