Job description

About Rael

Founded in Los Angeles in 2017 by three Korean American women, Rael is a fast-growing women’s wellness brand bringing together period care, intimate care, and skincare in a way few brands do. Inspired by K-beauty innovation and grounded in hormone-informed science, Rael creates effective, thoughtfully designed products that support women throughout their cycles and lives.

What began with organic cotton cover pads has grown into a globally recognized brand. Today, Rael is the #1 pad brand and #2 pimple patch brand on Amazon. Rael products are available through Amazon and in more than 20,000 retail locations across the United States, including Target, Whole Foods Market, Walmart, CVS Pharmacy, Ulta Beauty, and Walgreens, as well as more than 40,000 retail locations globally.

Rael has been named to the Inc. 5000 list and recognized by Glossy, Allure, Cosmopolitan, and Good Housekeeping, while its CEO has been honored by EY for her entrepreneurship and leadership. If you are passionate about building a mission-driven brand and helping shape the future of women’s wellness, we would love for you to join us.

About the Role

The Amazon Marketing Assistant Manager will help drive the growth and day-to-day management of Rael’s Amazon business, with a focus on product listings, content optimization, new product launches, promotional execution, inventory coordination, and performance analysis. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure Rael’s Amazon presence is accurate, compelling, and aligned with broader sales and marketing priorities.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on Amazon marketplace experience with strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills and is comfortable turning performance data and marketplace trends into actionable recommendations.

This is an opportunity to directly influence how customers discover and experience Rael on one of the brand’s most important sales channels.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and optimize Amazon product listings, including titles, descriptions, categorization, search terms, and keywords, ensuring content is accurate and aligned with Amazon SEO best practices and current marketing strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and update Amazon content, including product images, videos, copy, and other listing assets.
  • Manage and update Amazon Brand Stores for new product launches, promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and other key initiatives.
  • Coordinate Amazon new product launches, including product assortment, launch quantities, creative assets, pricing, and promotional plans, based on marketplace trends, competitive insights, and business priorities.
  • Execute promotional initiatives from setup through post-launch performance analysis, identifying opportunities to improve future campaign performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align promotional plans, pricing adjustments, launch schedules, inventory strategies, and sales initiatives across channels.
  • Support inventory planning by monitoring inventory levels, coordinating replenishment, and identifying opportunities to optimize stock based on sales performance, demand forecasts, launch plans, and market conditions.
  • Track and analyze sales, subscription performance, Best Sellers Rank (BSR), and overall product performance, and prepare reports highlighting trends, key learnings, growth opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor, keyword, and marketplace research to identify opportunities to improve product positioning, traffic, conversion, pricing, and sales.
  • Monitor Amazon account health, catalog status, and listing performance, proactively resolving compliance, inventory, catalog, and product-listing issues through Amazon support cases.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 3–4 years of experience in Amazon marketplace management, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience using Amazon Seller Central to manage product listings, content, promotions, and other marketplace activities.
  • Experience optimizing Amazon product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, search terms, categorization, and creative assets.
  • Understanding of Amazon SEO, marketplace trends, and the factors that influence traffic, conversion, and product ranking.
  • Experience supporting new product launches, promotional campaigns, pricing updates, or other Amazon sales initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data and turn insights into action.
  • Experience monitoring and resolving Amazon catalog, listing, compliance, or account-health issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, particularly Word, Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides, with the ability to create polished, professional documents and presentations.
Interpersonal Skills

  • You are comfortable communicating clearly and effectively with team members at all levels, whether through email, reports, or face-to-face conversations.
  • You are skilled at staying organized, meeting deadlines, taking ownership of your work, and operating independently with minimal oversight.
  • You are always ready to pitch in, support your teammates, and contribute wherever needed to help the team succeed.
