Job summary

CGK Linens is seeking an Amazon Expert to lead optimization and growth across our Amazon presence. This remote, full-time role requires hands-on experience with large catalogs (1000+ SKUs), Amazon SEO, and listing management to drive conversions and revenue.

You will handle account health, seller support, bulk updates with flat files, and data-driven improvements using tools like Helium 10. Strong Excel and English communication are essential for success in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience with the Amazon Marketplace.
  • Experience with a large catalog (1000 SKUs+), high-revenue accounts and complex variations.
  • Experience constructing and improving Amazon content, listings, and conversion rate.
  • Proficient in Amazon SEO, including keyword research, titles, bullets, backend search terms, and A+ Content.
  • Hands-on experience resolving listing/account health issues and Plans of Action.
  • Expertise with Amazon flat files for bulk updates and error troubleshooting.
  • Seller Central experience and Amazon analytics tools (Helium 10, Data Dive, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and large dataset handling.
  • Experience with FBA, shipping, and inventory processes affecting listings and performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon product listings to increase conversion rate, traffic, and revenue.
  • Proactively test listing changes, measure results, and implement improvements.
  • Analyze and monitor search indexes, ranking, and data from ads and keywords.
  • Design strategies for better Amazon search results ranking.
  • Analyze and optimize the overall Amazon marketing strategy (SEO, ads).
  • Establish efficient workflows to deliver high-quality services to customers.
  • Monitor budgets and costs in running the Amazon store.
  • Run and manage Amazon Seller Central.
  • Track all sales channels, target market, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage shipping/FBA and customer service operations.

About the Role:

We are looking to hire a motivated Amazon Expert with a razor-sharp eye for detail to play a pivotal role in our ecommerce business, as well as in managing and optimizing our presence on the Amazon Marketplace. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in listing optimization, resolving listing and account health issues, and data analysis and project management. You will be responsible for driving growth, increasing sales, and ensuring brand compliance across Amazon platforms.

This role is a Full-Time remote position.

We are looking for an Amazon Expert specifically with these requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience with the Amazon Marketplace and working on the Amazon platform.
  • Must have prior experience with a large catalog (preferably 1000 SKUs+), high revenue accounts, and large, complex variations.
  • Has experience constructing and improving Amazon content and product listing, conversion rate, listing designs, keyword research, etc.
  • Strong experience with listing optimization and Amazon SEO, including keyword research, titles, bullets, backend search terms, A+ Content, and other conversion-focused improvements.
  • Hands-on experience resolving listing and account health issues, including suppressions, stranded inventory, catalog contamination/hijacked listings, policy violations, Seller Support cases, and Plans of Action.
  • Strong expertise with Amazon flat files, including bulk updates, troubleshooting errors, category-specific templates, and maintaining complex variation relationships.
  • Prior experience with Seller Central, and Amazon-specific analytics and research tools (Helium 10, Data Dive, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and working with large datasets.
  • Experience working with FBA, shipping, and Amazon inventory processes sufficient to understand how they impact listings, promotions, and account performance.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
  • Managing and optimizing Amazon product listings according to Amazon’s proprietary algorithm to increase conversion rate, traffic, and revenue.
  • Proactively testing changes to listings, measuring the results, and implementing improvements
  • Analyzing and monitoring search algorithm indexes, ranks listing and collecting data from ads and keyword listing.
  • Designing appropriate strategies for the company’s product listings for a better Amazon search results ranking.
  • Analyzing and optimizing the entire Amazon marketing strategy (SEO, ad campaigns).
  • Establishing an efficient workflow that can help focus on offering high-quality services to customers.
  • Monitoring all budgets and costs in running the company’s Amazon store.
  • Running and managing Amazon Seller Central.
  • Keeping track of all sales channels, target market, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage shipping/FBA and customer service operations.
  • Utilizing the latest tools to help better present the company’s brand.
