Job summary

R2 Global seeks an experienced Amazon and eCommerce leader to own P&L for Amazon operations and to drive a comprehensive growth roadmap. You will serve as the internal Amazon expert, shaping marketing performance, campaigns, and catalog data quality across a broad product catalog.

The role requires deep experience with Amazon Seller Central, advertising, and data analytics, with the ability to collaborate across marketing and external vendors to maximize revenue and in-stock health.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of detailed experience working on Amazon.
  • Proven experience with detailed marketing and revenue development.
  • P&L ownership/responsibility experience.
  • A full understanding of data analysis.
  • Flexibility to work independently and cross functionally with teams: marketing, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Hold complete P&L accountability for Amazon platform operations.
  • Build and drive an eCommerce growth roadmap.
  • Serve as the go-to internal expert for all things Amazon.
  • Drive end-to-end Amazon marketing performance.
  • Manage and refine Amazon Ad campaigns.
  • Run ongoing experiments on content, creative assets, and keyword targeting to boost performance.
  • Direct backend metadata for catalog optimization.
  • Guide the Amazon Storefront's strategy, layout, and refinement.
  • Deliver a polished, high-converting shopping experience across product pages.
  • Troubleshoot listing suppressions, compliance flags, and catalog errors.
  • Uphold account health standards and stay aligned with Amazon policies.
  • Manage large-scale catalog architecture and data quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Hold complete P&L accountability for Amazon platform operations.
  • Build and drive an eCommerce growth roadmap.
  • Serve as the go-to internal expert and champion for all things Amazon.
  • Drive end-to-end Amazon marketing performance.
  • Manage and refine Amazon Ad campaigns.
  • Run ongoing experiments on content, creative assets, and keyword targeting to boost performance and fuel growth.
  • Directing back end meta data.
  • Guide the Amazon Storefront's strategy, layout, and continuous refinement.
  • Deliver a polished, high-converting shopping experience across every product page.
  • Troubleshoot and fix listing suppressions, compliance flags, and catalog errors.
  • Uphold account health standards and stay aligned with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
  • Manage large-scale catalog architecture, product variations, and data quality.
  • Guide demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment approaches.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to sustain healthy in-stock levels.
  • Supervise FBA and Vendor processes to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Administer the Amazon Transparency labeling initiative across relevant SKUs.
Data Review:
  • Using key metrics to analyse performance.
  • Turn data findings into clear, actionable strategic guidance.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of detailed experience working on Amazon.
  • Proven experience with detailed marketing and revenue development.
  • P&L ownership/responsibility experience.
  • A full understanding of data analysis.
  • Flexibility to work both independently and cross functionally with the following. teams: marketing, and external vendors.
