Job summary

Dogtra is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Associate to support daily execution and optimization of our Amazon channel from the Garden Grove office. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience and strong communication skills.

The role reports to the Head of Marketing and Strategy and collaborates with the E-Commerce Specialist. Responsibilities include listings optimization, inventory monitoring, campaign support, and handling brand protection and external channel

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience on Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute catalog uploads, ASIN creation, and variation setup.
• Monitor inventory levels and inbound shipments; support replenishment planning.
• Assist with campaigns (Sponsored Product/Brand) and keyword updates.
• Monitor account health, performance notifications, and fee auditing.
• Support marketplace expansion to additional channels (e.g., Walmart, eBay).
• Perform other duties as assigned and grow into expanded responsibilities.
