Job summary

soona is seeking an Amazon Content Producer to own end-to-end creative assets for Amazon listings, audits, and content strategy. This hybrid, part-time contract role is based in Denver, CO, Minneapolis, MN or Austin, TX, with studio and office presence for key projects.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in high-touch client management and Amazon content production, plus strong production planning, budgeting and cross-team collaboration. Proficiency with G-Suite and PM tools is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Master problem solver, think outside the box and SOPs, self-starter and ability to work autonomously when needed
  • Manage the client expectations, timelines and deliverables from start to finish
  • Remain highly organized to ensure success across full process pre-production, live shoot, post-production and asset delivery
  • Has experience producing photo, video and infographic content specifically for Amazon
  • Understands Amazon listing images, video, infographics, A+ Content and Brand Store content
  • Stays current on Amazon’s evolving creative requirements, capabilities and best practices
  • Can confidently audit e-commerce content, make strategic recommendations and turn those recommendations into executable production plans
  • Is an entrepreneurial, highly organized and autonomous problem solver with exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Client onboarding, project briefing, budget and scope management
  • Audit Amazon listings to identify content gaps and opportunities to improve product education, differentiation and conversion
  • Review brand websites and other e-commerce channels to determine what content can be effectively repurposed for Amazon
  • Recommend the photo, video, infographic, A+ Content and Brand Store assets needed to strengthen Amazon performance
  • Translate audit findings into clear creative briefs, shot lists and production plans
  • Lead projects from client onboarding and pre-production through live production, post-production and final delivery
  • Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, crew, talent and other production resources while protecting profitability
  • Ensure final assets meet Amazon specifications, client goals and soona’s quality standards
  • Serve as the client’s primary point of contact, managing expectations, feedback, timelines and deliverables

About the Amazon Content Producer role:

The Amazon Content Producer is responsible for the end-to-end success of creative assets built specifically for Amazon. This role combines Amazon and ecomm marketplace expertise, creative strategy and hands-on production management to help brands create content that improves the quality and performance of their Amazon listings.

This role can successfully audit other ecommerce channels to determine what existing content can be effectively repurposed for Amazon, identify critical gaps and recommend the photo, video and infographic assets needed to improve performance.

The Producer serves as the client’s primary point of contact and is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship, managing scope and profitability and identifying opportunities to expand the account. They work across soona’s teams to coordinate schedules, crew, talent and resources while ensuring every asset meets the client’s goals, Amazon’s current requirements and soona’s quality standards.

soona’s Producers are entrepreneurially minded with a goal to expand the value of accounts, improve efficiency and quality over time and facilitate a positive experience for clients and internal teams.
This is a part-time contract or projects based position based in Denver, CO, Minneapolis, MN or Austin, TX that reports to Operations Leadership. This will be a hybrid role with expectation to come into the studio and office space for key projects and meetings.

  • B.A. in relevant field
  • Proficient with G-Suite and project management tools
