We are seeking an experienced Voice Architect to join our client's fully remote team on a short-term, part-time basis. The role involves working with multiple clients on Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice Connect projects. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet business objectives, bridging technical development with client needs, and ensuring seamless platform integration.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead client-facing activities, including requirements gathering, system demonstrations, and user training.
2. Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using cloud technologies.
3. Develop functional designs, user stories, and technical documentation based on client needs.
4. Configure and optimize features within CRM/ERP platforms and integrate with cloud communication tools.
5. Collaborate with technical teams to implement, test, and validate solutions.
6. Ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.
7. Map business requirements to technical solutions to achieve measurable outcomes.
8. Create dashboards, reports, and data analysis tools for decision-making support.
9. Apply Agile methodologies, including backlog management and scrum activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in cloud platforms or enterprise ERP/CRM systems.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience configuring cloud telephony and CRM voice solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect, including integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to align technical solutions with business goals for measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Familiarity with Agile practices such as writing user stories and participating in scrum teams.
• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Service-focused CRM certifications, or AWS Cloud Practitioner.
