Job summary

Haleon in Warren, NJ seeks a Senior Business Analyst, Amazon to lead BI, data management and reporting for the Amazon business. You’ll transform complex data into actionable insights that drive growth, improve operational performance, and support strategic decisions.

You’ll own data sources, catalog maintenance, and Power BI dashboards, partner with Sales and cross-functional teams, and prepare executive‑level materials for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics or related roles.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization.
• Experience managing large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own data management and catalog maintenance for reporting.
• Design, build, and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual performance reporting for Amazon.
• Create executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and leadership presentations.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and other teams to drive insights.
