Buyers Products Company is seeking a Digital Shelf Specialist to drive growth on Amazon through advertising, content optimization, and marketplace merchandising.

The role focuses on managing and optimizing Amazon Advertising programs, enhancing product detail pages, and maintaining catalog health to improve visibility, conversion, and sales. A strong analytics mindset and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–5+ years of experience managing Amazon Advertising and/or Vendor/Seller Central.
  • Experience optimizing product detail pages and content strategy.
  • Experience managing large catalogs and portfolio-level advertising budgets.
  • Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, merchandising, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, execution, and optimization of Amazon Advertising programs to maximize traffic, sales and profitability.
  • Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns.
  • Build campaign structures aligned to category, keyword, and portfolio strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research, harvesting, expansion, and negative keyword management.
  • Monitor and optimize bids, budgets, placements, and targeting strategies through performance analysis.
  • Manage advertising budget pacing and monthly forecasting.
  • Develop content strategies that improve organic ranking, conversion rates, and customer experience.
  • Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ Content.
  • Create SEO-focused content strategies using Amazon search behavior and keyword trends.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and digital shelf audits.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop high-impact product detail page experiences.
  • Recommend image enhancements, video opportunities, and content improvements.
  • Support new product launches through content readiness and merchandising execution.
  • Utilize Amazon Brand Analytics and third-party tools to identify ranking and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain Amazon catalog health, listing accuracy, and marketplace operations.
  • Monitor suppressed, stranded, and incomplete listings.
  • Conduct regular catalog audits to identify content and operational issues.
  • Support item setup validation and content syndication processes.
  • Monitor Buy Box ownership, pricing compliance, and promotional execution.
  • Track account health metrics and elevate issues as needed.
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate category trends, competitive performance, and share of voice metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Stay current on Amazon platform updates, advertising innovations, and industry best practices.
  • Utilize AI and automation tools to improve reporting efficiency and campaign management.

Buyers Products Company, a leading manufacturer in the work truck industry, is seeking a Digital Shelf Specialist to drive profitable growth across Amazon through best-in-class retail media execution, content optimization, and marketplace merchandising. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of Amazon Advertising programs while supporting content strategy, catalog health, and overall marketplace performance. The ideal candidate combines hands-on Amazon marketplace expertise with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and understands how advertising, content, pricing, merchandising, and catalog quality work together to increase visibility, conversion, and sales. This individual will leverage data, customer insights, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve performance across the Amazon channel.
