Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in press brake operation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Amada press brakes preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setups, including selecting, installing, and aligning proper tooling (punches and dies) for galvanized steel jobs.
• Operate Amada press brakes efficiently while monitoring part quality and dimensions against blueprints.
• Inspect incoming sheet metal and finished formed parts using standard measuring tools (calipers, protractors, height gauges).
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and keep work area clean and organized.
• Work safely while adhering to all shop safety protocols.
