Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Specialist for our Knoxville, Tennessee facility. The role supports the Additive Manufacturing team by tracking parts, coordinating shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced AM environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of Shipping & Receiving experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

Daily tracking of parts and shipments.
Coordinate shipping with UPS or freight providers.
Track part drawings and inventories.
Pack and ship orders to meet delivery schedules.
Perform final visual inspection during packing and communicate quality concerns.
Receive inspection and store materials safely.
Operate pallet jack and hand truck as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of shipping/receiving area.
Organize shipping area and supplies.
Review work orders to verify shipments/receiving.
Stage jobs for production lines.
Weekly shop inventory.
