Bluegrass Supply Chain Services is seeking an experienced AM Shift Warehouse Supervisor in Findlay, Ohio to lead daily warehouse operations. You will oversee safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, and shift performance while coaching a team and coordinating workflow.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehousing, forklift operation, and familiarity with WMS, shipping/receiving, and protocol adherence. This in-person role offers growth and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or team lead experience.
• 2+ years of forklift operating experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Current forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with WMS, inventory, shipping/receiving, or scanning is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-focused with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and support warehouse team on the AM shift.
• Coordinate daily workflow to meet safety, quality, productivity, and service goals.
• Operate forklift as needed for loading, unloading, staging, and material movement.
• Train and motivate team to achieve performance expectations.
• Monitor productivity, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Enforce safety procedures, policies, and proper equipment use.
• Maintain accurate inventory movements and warehouse system transactions.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Verify trailers and equipment are safe and ready for loading.
• Complete shipping documentation and system updates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse environment.
