• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitative nursing programs.
• Respond to emergencies and resident needs.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
