Job summary

ARIA of Waukesha is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high‑quality nursing care to our residents and to supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by certified nursing assistants.

This role requires current Wisconsin LPN licensure, a compassionate approach, and the ability to coordinate care with physicians, families, and other disciplines to deliver safe, person‑centered care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have current and active license to practice as an LPN in Wisconsin.
• Experience coordinating with a multi-disciplinary care team.
• Ability to work with residents and families in a compassionate manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs.
• Administer medications and document all treatments.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families and other disciplines.
• Participate in care conferences and care planning.
• Complete incident reports and follow up as needed.
• Support admissions, discharges, and daily operations.
