Job summary

Miraval Austin Resort and Spa, part of Hyatt, is seeking an AM Server on a part-time basis. You will interact with guests, provide genuine connections, and ensure smooth service during morning shifts.

This is a non-tipping property with a competitive base pay and a biweekly incentive program to help income stability. Benefits include wellness programs, Hyatt nights, health insurance, 401K, PTO, and meals.

Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Previous serving experience is required.
• Basic wine and alcohol knowledge is preferred.
• Must be available mornings and afternoons (5:30am - 3:00pm), weekends and holidays.
• Food Handlers Certification and TABC Certification required or must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
