Job summary

Bon Temps Grill in Lafayette, Louisiana is seeking enthusiastic Serving Staff committed to providing Legendary service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing orders with our Toast POS system, and maintaining a clean workspace. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, reliable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile
• Provide service with a sense of urgency and purpose.
• Manage providing orders to the kitchen in an accurate fashion using our Toast POS system
• Mantain a clean and organized workspace wether it be the dining room or in the back of house.
• Anitcipate guests needs premptively to promote the Legendary Service we strive for.

Requirements

• Reliable mode of transportation to ensure perfect attendance
• Must be able to handle a face pace environment while multi-tasking
• Must be able to effectively diffuces and descilate situations
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a morning availablity at minimum
• Must provide an enthusiastic attitude towards the job at hand and create a positive environment for guests
