Qualifications
- Minimum of High School education.
- Minimum of one year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.
- Knowledge of menu items and service procedures is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Seat guests and take accurate food orders.
- Monitor food distribution and presentation for accuracy and appeal.
- Ensure station cleanliness throughout shift.
- Comply with State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations.
- Know menu items and service procedures.
- Total checks and process payments.
- Assist with bussing tables.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
