Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging member needs and guiding purchasing decisions.
• Maintain and organize the sales floor, merchandise presentation, pricing and shelving as per policy.
• Assist management with supervision and coaching of associates and with recruiting, scheduling, and evaluating staff.
• Ensure safety and compliance, handle returns and damaged goods per policy, and promote Walmart products and services.
