Job summary

Boyne Resorts is seeking a Sunday River AM Restaurant Supervisor to manage front-of-house operations, train up to 25 staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, POS knowledge, and cash reconciliation skills, with shifts on weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, at least high school education, and 3+ years in restaurant roles. Compensation includes hourly pay and resort perks, with a focus on guest experience and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three or more years of restaurant experience in multiple capacities.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and schedule staff under direction from the restaurant Manager.
• Assign server sections.
• Be on the floor during peak business hours for breakfast, lunch, dinner.
• Coordinate front-of-house staff in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Conduct frequent guest table visits.
• Complete end-of-shift cash outs and side work.
• Communicate staffing needs to Manager.
