Job summary

Boyne Resorts' Sunday River AM Restaurant Supervisor leads daily front-of-house operations in a full-service restaurant, training and supervising up to 25 staff while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the restaurant floor, strong communication, and proficiency with POS systems, with responsibilities including hosting, serving, bussing, bartending, and bar backing as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and POS knowledge.
• Experience in supervising a team in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to train and manage staff while performing FOH duties.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and schedule FOH staff under direction from the Restaurant Manager.
• Be on the floor during peak hours and supervise front-of-house operations.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and ensure opening/closing side work is completed.
