Job description

JOB SUMMARY

Provide warm, anticipatory service to guests. Assist, serve, and wait on tables during breakfast, events, functions, and meetings.

Responsibilities
  1. Guest Interaction: Approach guests proactively; acknowledge guests in queue.
  2. Communication: Be articulate, avoid slang, and maintain a gracious tone.
  3. Professionalism: Maintain a clean, groomed appearance; exhibit attentive yet discreet demeanor.
  4. Service: Offer menu knowledge, including ingredients and preparation methods. Understand distilled spirits and pouring standards.
  5. Operational Tasks: Complete daily checklists, participate in training, and learn POS (Tabit) and ALICE systems for processing charges and requests.
  6. Customer Satisfaction: Anticipate needs and ensure seamless communication among staff to avoid guest requests being repeated.
