Job Details

• Type: Part-time
• Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
• Schedule: Minimum of 2 days per week, shifts as early as 5:15 AM

Role Summary

The AM Restaurant Cook will help run the kitchen, be part of the TEAM, and maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and run shifts as lead
• Prepare special meals or substitute items
• Prepare all food for Breakfast Buffet to Hilton Brand standards, cook to order menu & daily specials
• Ensure proper portioning, arrangement, and food garnish
• Maintain food logs, inventories, and waste management
• Monitor food quality and quantity
• Communicate effectively during busy periods
• Inform management of excess food for use in specials
• Cook according to recipes, standards, and checklists
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating staff

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of restaurant experience required
