Job summary

Goldman Sachs in Dallas seeks an Asset & Wealth Management Division Public Legal Associate/Analyst to support AWM Public businesses, funds and transactions. The role offers exposure to private equity, hedge funds, investment management, finance and law, working directly with attorneys and a diverse team.

We are looking for candidates with strong analytical and communication skills, who are proactive and able to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of legal entity creation, maintenance and dissolution including drafting/reviewing formation/governing documents and resolutions.
• Fielding internal and external inquiries regarding AWM Public fund information.
• Assisting with anti-money laundering/KYC requests.
• Responding to regulatory-related requests and reviewing certain documents for compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Performing various other governance related tasks, as needed.
