Job summary

Brighton Solutions is seeking a PM Production Supervisor for a Cleveland commercial laundry operation serving healthcare clients. The role oversees receiving, cleaning, and distribution, coaching frontline staff, and ensuring quality and safety targets are met.

This full-time, direct-hire position is at a Cleveland facility on the AM shift with compensation of $42,000–$50,000 annually. Weekend and holiday availability required; occasional hours beyond 40 per week may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Five+ years of supervisory or management experience in a production setting preferred.
• Ability to lead and train hourly employees in a fast-paced operation.
• Clear communication with employees, customers, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work in laundry receiving, cleaning, and distribution; step into other areas as production needs change.
• Set the AM shift priorities, confirm staffing and work readiness, and communicate early production risks to the Production Manager.
• Assign work, monitor schedule adherence, and coach employees to meet production, quality, safety, and service measures.
