A family-owned restaurant group, Castellucci Hospitality Group, is opening a modern Spanish tapas restaurant, The Iberian Pig, in Nashville. They seek a passionate Line Cook dedicated to creating the perfect dining experience, ensuring efficient food service, and maintaining kitchen standards.
Our restaurant group, Castellucci Hospitality Group, is a family owned and operated collection of restaurants with six locations in Atlanta, and we are excited to expand into Nashville! Our modern Spanish tapas restaurant, The Iberian Pig, is located in The Gulch area of Nashville. The menu is inspired by the ingredients of the Iberian Peninsula, featuring creative tapas, cured meats, cheeses, including the famed Jamón Ibérico. Our signature cocktail is a bacon-infused whiskey old fashioned, and guests can also enjoy red and white sangria, regional wines, and sherry offerings.
We are currently hiring a Line Cook who demonstrates passion and hospitality daily and strives for the perfect dining experience for all guests. Line Cooks are responsible for ensuring timely food service by planning each shift effectively, maintaining high communication, executing systems properly, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized. A strong presence in the kitchen at all times is essential.
