AM Pastry Prep Responsibilities:

• Produce pastry items while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
• Demonstrate basic pastry techniques and knife skills.
• Prep, stock, and maintain assigned stations, ensuring sanitation standards.
• Follow standardized recipes to uphold quality in food prep and service.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation, following FIFO procedures and personal hygiene standards.
• Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures timely.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multitasking skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

This position is ideal for dedicated individuals passionate about providing excellent service and eager to join a hardworking, fun team.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/move up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Use tools, equipment, and chemicals safely and effectively.
• Stand and walk throughout the shift, navigating stairs and uneven surfaces.
• Work in hot and cold environments.
