Job summary

The Little America Hotel Flagstaff is hiring a Pantry Cook to join our on-site Food & Beverage team. You will follow recipes, stock and manage a station, and ensure quality of all dishes served to guests.

• Follow a given recipe and quality standard and prepare various food items,
• Stock and manage assigned food station(s) and ensure quality of food served
• Physically inspect and see all food sent from the kitchen and make requisitions for food items and supplies that are needed
