Job summary

The Country Club at DC Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a full-time AM Line Cook to contribute to an exceptional dining program for members and guests. Based in the main clubhouse kitchen, you’ll work with a seasoned leadership team focused on craftsmanship and hospitality.

Typical shift is 6AM–2PM; open availability and weekend work required. The benefits include pet insurance, 401k matching, PTO, employee discounts, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have current AZ Food Handler’s Card.
• 2–5 years kitchen experience at a luxury property or private country club.
• Grill and Sauté experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in the club kitchen.
• Support senior chefs and maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with dining staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
