Job summary

Olives and Peppers in Trafford, PA is hiring two Daylight Line Cooks. You will prep and cook menu items, stay on top of your station’s cleanliness and stock, and report to the Sous or Executive Chefs. All experience levels are welcome, though experience is preferred.

Olives and Peppers is locally owned and an innovative Italian restaurant group with locations in Trafford and Greensburg. The Trafford location is seeking 2 Daylight Line Cooks, all experience levels welcome to apply however experience is preferred. We want to find people who are passionate about food and want to excel. Summary of Position:

By preparing menu items and working closely with our kitchen team, line cooks are responsible for consistently putting out the best plate possible in a timely manner. Job responsibilities include prepping and cooking food, cleaning and stocking their designated station and reporting to the Sous or Executive Chefs.
