Job summary

Olives and Peppers, a locally owned Italian restaurant group with locations in Trafford and Greensburg, is seeking 2 Daylight Line Cooks for the Greensburg location. All experience levels welcome; experienced preferred. You will work with our kitchen team to prep and cook menu items and ensure timely, quality plates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items and work with the kitchen team to ensure high quality plates.
• Prepping and cooking food, cleaning and stocking the station.
• Report to Sous or Executive Chefs and maintain consistent plate presentation.

The Greensburg location is seeking 2 Daylight Line Cooks, all experience levels welcome to apply however experience is preferred. Summary of Position:

By preparing menu items and working closely with our kitchen team, line cooks are responsible for consistently putting out the best plate possible in a timely manner. Job responsibilities include prepping and cooking food, cleaning and stocking their designated station and reporting to the Sous or Executive Chefs.
