Job summary

Olives and Peppers, a locally owned Italian restaurant group, is hiring two Line Cooks for the Trafford location. All experience levels are welcome, with preference for experienced cooks who are passionate about food and quality plating.

You will prep and cook menu items, maintain your station, and work closely with the kitchen team to deliver top-quality plates in a timely manner.

Olives and Peppers is locally owned and an innovative Italian restaurant group with locations in Trafford and Greensburg. The Trafford location is seeking 2 Line Cooks, all experience levels welcome to apply however experience is preferred. We want to find people who are passionate about food and want to excel. Summary Of Position

By preparing menu items and working closely with our kitchen team, line cooks are responsible for consistently putting out the best plate possible in a timely manner. Job responsibilities include prepping and cooking food, cleaning and stocking their designated station and reporting to the Sous or Executive Chefs.
