Job summary

Remington Hotels is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our kitchen operations in North Canton, OH. Shifts run Tuesday, Friday and Saturday mornings from 6am to 12pm, with a focus on cleanliness and food safety.

You will operate dish machines, wash glasses and dishes, assist with banquet plating, and help maintain a spotless kitchen environment through proactive cleaning and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Use guidelines to operate and maintain dish machines; wash glasses and dishes in standard racks.
• Wash pots and pans in the pot washer area.
• Keep the kitchen neat and clean, sweeping and mopping spills as needed.
• Empty and sanitize full trash cans; replace bags after cleaning.
• Follow MSDS protocols and safety guidelines.
• Assist with plating banquet events when needed.
