The Ashland University Bookstore is hiring for a full-time AM swing shift in Student Dining. You will work across multiple positions to support daytime service, ensuring products are heated, portioned and presented properly.

Responsibilities include completing production records, maintaining sanitation, and labeling and storing unused products. Ideal candidates have the ability to follow directions and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow directions.
• Great work ethic.
• Knowledge of food safety (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Relieve employees by working in multiple positions.
• Produce quality products and present them using proper techniques.
• Heat, portion and serve food to students according to procedures.
• Complete production records and maintain sanitation standards at all stages of food preparation.
• Prep as needed and label/store unused products.
