Job summary

Hilton Harrisburg seeks an AM Dishwasher to support the kitchen, restaurant and banquet areas in a full-time role at our Harrisburg, PA hotel. You will wash dishes, stock supplies, and keep the kitchen clean to health standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and some hospitality exposure. Flexible schedules, teamwork and the ability to work in varying temperatures are important for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some related field experience preferred; hospitality experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes and cooking utensils; restocks clean glasses, silverware and plates.
• Performs general cleaning to stay in compliance with health standards.
• Puts away food stock and dry goods in proper locations, rotates FIFO.
• Removes trash from all containers to the dumpster on the loading dock.
• May work varying schedules to reflect hotel business needs.
