INNIO Group in Wisconsin is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to develop, optimize, and industrialize manufacturing processes for engine components, supporting the ramp-up of a new generator production line in Waukesha.

You will lead machining process improvements, define BOMs and routings, support line setup and process validation, and drive cost reductions with Lean and Six Sigma while collaborating with global teams including Austria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in machining or production engineering.
• Experience with heavy industrial equipment assembly and/or machining.

Responsabilités

• Develop and optimize machining processes for conrod manufacturing (milling, drilling, honing).
• Define and maintain manufacturing BOMs, routings, and work instructions.
• Support production ramp-up, line setup, process validation, and troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality, cycle time, and cost using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Design to ensure manufacturability.
• Lead industrialization activities, including fixture design and equipment specification.
