Responsibilities

• Operate dish machine to clean and sanitize china, glassware, pots, pans, and silverware per standards.
• Maintain and clean kitchen floors and mats during and after shifts.
• Store glassware, plates, flatware, and equipment properly.
• Clean walls and kitchen equipment; empty trash in a timely manner.
• Use, store, and label chemicals correctly.
• Set up hot boxes and assist with plate up when needed.
• Assist with bussing when necessary.
• Report items in need of repair.
• Keep work areas safe, clean, and orderly per health and safety guidelines.
