Twin Farms in Vermont is seeking warm, dependable AM Servers to join our Dining Room team. Our service is polished yet genuine, and you will connect with guests, describe menus, and deliver attentive breakfast, lunch, and event service.

We offer training, opportunities for growth, employee meals, and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible team members. This is a non-tipping property with a consistent hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, fine dining, or luxury hospitality experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person.
• Warm, confident, and professional communication skills.
• Genuine enjoyment of taking care of people.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service during breakfast, lunch, and special events.
• Welcome guests and confidently describe menu and beverage offerings.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate allergies, dietary needs, preferences, and special requests clearly to the culinary team.
• Maintain the presentation and readiness of the dining room and service areas.
• Complete side work including stocking, polishing glassware and silverware, bussing, and resetting tables.
• Assist with in-room dining service as needed.
• Work closely with Dining Room leadership, Culinary, and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
