Bluemont Group is hiring an AM Crew Member for a Murphy, NC Dunkin’ location. The role starts with opening prep at 4:00 AM in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, supporting a 5:00 AM opening. You will greet guests, prepare and package items, and keep the store clean and organized.

Evening coverage may be required. No prior food service experience is required, but helpful. Paid training is provided, and weekends/holidays may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation.
• Previous food service or QSR experience is helpful, but not required.
• Paid training provided.
