Bluemont Group is hiring an AM Crew Member for a Dunkin' location. The role starts as early as 4:00 AM to prep for a 5:00 AM opening. You will greet guests, prepare and package food and drinks, and keep the store clean and organized.

Ideal candidates are punctual and reliable, with strong communication and customer service skills. Weekend and holiday availability may be required, with paid training and growth opportunities within a supportive team.
