Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard in Atlanta, GA is seeking a dependable AM Catering Shift Leader to oversee morning catering orders. You will ensure orders are prepared accurately, packaged with care, and delivered on time while upholding Chick-fil-A’s standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality.

This role requires early morning availability, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead morning catering order preparation and execution.
• Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and properly packaged.

• Maintain food safety and quality during prep and packaging.
• Organize catering staging areas and prep for pickup or delivery.
• Monitor catering inventory, supplies, and packaging materials.
• Support teammates during busy periods to maintain flow.
• Uphold cleanliness and food safety in catering areas.

Job description

Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented AM Catering Shift Leader to oversee the preparation and execution of our catering orders. This leader plays a key role in ensuring all catering orders are prepared accurately, packaged with care, and delivered on time while maintaining Chick-fil-A’s standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality.

Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour

Shift Availability: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (morning availability required)

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and execution of all morning catering orders
• Ensure catering orders are accurate, complete, and packaged according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Coordinate with Back of House and Front of House teams to ensure timely order completion
• Maintain food safety and quality standards during preparation and packaging
• Organize catering staging areas and ensure orders are ready for pickup or delivery
• Monitor catering inventory, supplies, and packaging materials
• Support team members during busy periods to maintain operational flow
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in all catering areas
