Responsibilities include data entry, documentation, and ensuring adherence to protocols and guidelines. A high school diploma is required, with an associates degree or administrative background preferred; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Degree/diploma or certificate in an administrative or secretarial field would be preferred in lieu of an associate degree.
• Medical terminology course preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the details of the study and documentation concerning study protocols.
• Schedule patients and manage data collection, data entry, and data management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, sponsor and institutional guidelines; assist with lab staff and administrative duties.
• May perform technical duties related to clinical and experimental research under supervision.
