Job summary

Alys Beach is seeking a Stock/Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse, inventory control, and distribution operations across store locations. This role ensures accurate inventory management, efficient product flow, and premium handling of merchandise to support high-volume resort traffic while upholding brand standards.

You will drive replenishment strategies, coordinate with Retail Operations and Purchasing teams, lead warehouse staff, and ensure safety and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse and inventory control operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stock room/warehouse environment that meets safety and brand standards
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of inventory
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, transfers, and returns to support retail locations and e-commerce
• Plan and execute replenishment strategies aligned with the demand of holidays, events, and weather-driven sales
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Buying, and Visual Merchandising teams to support floor sets, launches, and promotions
• Oversee accurate inventory levels across warehouse and retail locations through audits, cycle counts, and system reconciliations
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and shrink in partnership with Shoppe Management and Accounting
• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse and inventory staff, fostering accountability and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
