Job summary

Ensign College is seeking a Student Employee – Alumni Services Assistant in the Career & Internship Services department. The role supports the alumni community via PeopleGrove, maintains the alumni database, and tracks graduate outcomes.

You will help alumni access career tools and respond to inquiries, while upholding college policies. The position is part-time, 15–19 hours per week, with starting pay at $14.00 per hour and potential $0.25 increases each semester based on performance.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at Ensign College with at least 6 credits per semester in good standing.
• Resides in Utah.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn; LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
• Experience with Excel, database queries, or data organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the PeopleGrove alumni database for accuracy.
• Identify and merge duplicate alumni accounts and review registrations.
• Track alumni career paths using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
• Summarize alumni findings for leadership reports and presentations.
• Approve access to career tools like Vmock, Big Interview, and Interstride.
