Job summary

Northwestern University’s Kellogg Campaign Strategy is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Alumni Relations Analytics team. The role supports events, data reporting, gift processing, and new account setup, with hybrid in-office requirements each week.

A 4-year degree and project administration experience are preferred. The position partners with the Alumni Relations and Operations teams to ensure accurate data, effective communications, and smooth event logistics across multiple programs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year program/project administration or related experience.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn NU-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily data reporting; enter data into databases and systems.
• Coordinate team meetings; handle schedule and logistics.
• Process checks and maintain daily gift log; handle new gift accounts.
