• Project management and event logistics capabilities.
• Data tracking, reporting and program evaluation.
• Training or leading student employees or volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate alumni programs, events, volunteer opportunities, mentoring initiatives and communications.
• Manage timelines, registration, budgets, logistics and participant experiences.
• Maintain alumni/event data using CRM and engagement platforms.
• Track participation and outcomes to improve engagement.
• Lead the Aztec Proud student philanthropy program and campus partnerships.
• Supervise Student Engagement Assistants and coordinate student workers and volunteers.
