Job summary

The International Center of Photography (ICP) seeks an Alumni Coordinator to build and run ICP’s alumni programs, strengthen global alumni relationships, and support recruitment and philanthropy efforts for the One-Year Certificate program.

You will work closely with Development and Education teams to design engaging alumni initiatives, plan events at ICP and partner venues, and manage communications and engagement metrics for a growing community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of office administration experience.
• Strong organizational, time management and project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with diverse audiences in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a dynamic range of alumni programs.
• Plan and execute events and initiatives for alumni across programs and geographies.
• Coordinate alumni communication and engagement with ICP’s Education and Development teams.
• Manage alumni benefits and ambassador activities.
• Support alumni recruitment efforts and donor cultivation.
• Maintain accurate alumni records and track performance indicators.
